Charitable Giving Policy – Terms & Conditions

1. Charitable Contribution Per Booking

EntertainmentHouseUk commits to donating £2 (two pounds sterling) from every confirmed booking made via EntertainmentHouseUk to charities that support the LGBTQ+ community.

2. Source of Charitable Funds

All charitable donations are made solely from EntertainmentHouseUk’s agency percentage or commission.
At no point are charitable contributions deducted from, withheld from, or charged to:
• Clients
• Acts, performers, or talent
• Any third-party payments

3. Separation of Charitable Funds

Funds allocated for charitable donations are:
• Held separately from all other EntertainmentHouseUk business funds
• Designated exclusively as charitable funds
• Not used for cash flow, operational expenses, or financial management purposes

These funds are ring-fenced until donated to the selected charities.

4. Donation Frequency

Charitable funds are donated annually. The total donation amount reflects the cumulative £2 contribution from each booking made via EntertainmentHouseUk during the relevant annual period.

5. Selection of Charities

Charities are selected at the discretion of EntertainmentHouseUk, provided they:
• Operate in support of LGBTQ+ individuals or communities
• Are legally registered charities or recognised non-profit organisations

One or multiple charities may be supported within a given donation period.

6. Transparency & Public Disclosure

Following the annual donation of charitable funds:
• Members of the public may request information regarding:
• The charities supported
• The total amount donated

Requests may be made via EntertainmentHouseUk’s official contact channels. Reasonable requests will be responded to within an appropriate timeframe, subject to administrative, legal, and privacy considerations.

7. No Creation of Trust or Client Funds

Charitable contributions do not constitute client money, act funds, or trust funds. This policy represents a voluntary corporate social responsibility commitment and does not create a legal trust or fiduciary obligation beyond the terms outlined here.

8. Amendments

EntertainmentHouseUk reserves the right to amend this charitable giving policy at any time. Any changes will be published and will apply only to future bookings made via EntertainmentHouseUk.
